Dr. Justin Walker is the Director of Technology for Muskogee Public Schools. He has been in education for over 20 years. He has been the Coordinator of Instructional Technology and a Principal for Muskogee Public Schools. He has also been an elementary special education teacher in Oklahoma City, Duncanville, and Oak Cliff Texas. He is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Now Nelson University) He also holds a Masters in Special Education from the University of North Texasa and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Capella University.
